It is shown that high-precision circular scales (limbs) with diameter errors within 2. 0 double prime limits can be manufactured by the contact photographic printing method using positive photoresists of the FP383 type. The effect of a bending deformation of the photomask and the limb blank during exposure on the accuracy of the reproduction of the lines in the contact photographic printing is examined.
