Self-assembled triple helices in the hydrogen-bonded structure of 2,2 prime -biphenol-4,4 prime -bipyridyl (1/1)

摘要：
In the hydrogen-bonded structure of the title compound, C12H10O2·C10H8N2, the molecular components are linked by O-H···N hydrogen bonds having O···N distances of 2.793(3) angstroms and 2.750(3) angstroms into C22(16) chains which are coiled round 21 screw axes forming triple helices.
