摘要：
The analytical procedure requires derivitization of fatty acids, followed by HPLC analysis. Derivatives of both free and esterfied fatty acids (from triglycerides) can be determined. Autosampling and time-programming allow for unattended analyses of derivatized fatty acid samples.
