摘要：
Kobe Steel has developed accelerated cooling and direct quenching techniques for steel plate, which allow precise control of the plate temperature in water cooling and uniform cooling of the plate over its entire surface. Based on these techniques, the KCL (Kobe Steel controlled rolling and accelerated cooling) process has been established. The process cooling produces high-strength plate with high toughness and good weldability.
