Until recently, the drive system of the hearth was designed so that a single PChN 800/160 converter fed the roller motors of two furnaces. These problems were eliminated by the introduction of a frequency control system of the electric drive of the roller hearth. The new system is based on a PChNS 800/160 converter and provides for individual powering of the electric drives.
