摘要：
The purpose of this paper is to describe the techniques used in determining feasibility of a process HPLC separation and the actual scale-up from milligram quantities to multi-kilogram operations. The author has found it practical to be able to accurately estimate the performance of large scale process HPLC equipment on the basis of experiments done with conventional analytical HPLC instrumentation.
