摘要
A large information content, implicitly existing in measurement results of reactor techniques can be effective by optimal filtering. Optimal estimation of observable (directly or indirectly measurable) and non-measurable state variables are available on the basis of a realistic reactor model. Real time determination of the entire reactor state could be the goal of long-term efforts. In this paper fundamentals of optimal filtering are described and for illustration a practical example of reactor parameter estimation is given.
