摘要
The formalism of the description of dissipation with generalized raising or lowering operators was applied to the Lennard-Jones potential. Results indicated that the polynomial decay of the potential at large distances transformed into an analog position dependence of the coupling strength. The method could be adapted to other potentials to tailor coupling strength functions for different problems.
