Niobium has its own unique characteristics and special requirements that must be maintained in order to achieve success. Strict process controls must be in place and maintained. This paper defines critical characteristics, capabilities, and practices that make the difference between successful fabrication of high-quality complex structures using these special materials vs. a cycle of rejects and process difficulties.
