The stabilization problem of constrained uncertain time-delay systems is considered. These uncertainties may be linear or nonlinear, but only the upper bounds are known. A linear dynamic compensator is used to stabilize the constrained uncertain delay systems. The result obtained eliminates the need to solve the Riccati equation. The stability criterion is delay-dependent and less conservative than the delay-independent criteria when delays are small. A dynamic feedback control design algorithm can be used to select the control gain such that closed-loop constrained time-delay system is asymptotically stable. The sufficient condition for robust stability of input delay constrained systems subjected to parametric perturbations is also derived. An example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
