摘要：
The number of measurements being made to improve the products in industry is increasing continuously. Production processes are controlled by measurement processes, while the quality and reliability of production depends on the direct influence of measurement results. Measuring has two important functions in quality assurance. First is the determination of the actual state of quality parameters of raw materials used in the processes, and the other is the acquisition of process parameters to assure uniformity to optimized process operation and to analyzed quality in the individual process phases.
