On the level and estimation criteria of the electromagnetic use of AC machines in non-linear power distribution systems

Analysis is made for characteristic properties of physical phenomena, which define the level of electric and magnetic loads of large frequency - controlled motors and generators at non-sinusoidal supply. Criteria are offered, which make possible to evaluate this load level in comparison with AC machines operating at sinusoidal supply.
