This paper reports on the growth and properties, including the magnetic field dependence of the electrical resistivity and the magnetization, of textured Pr0.67Ca0.33MnO3 thin films. Field induced changes in the resistivity of at least 6 orders of magnitude have been observed below 50 K in magnetic fields of 80 kOe. These samples also display field history dependent properties which are qualitatively different from those of the corresponding bulk material.
