摘要
The interaction of a Rayleigh wave in a piezoelectric insulator with electrons in an adjacent semiconductor is investigated theoretically and experimentally. It is shown that the interaction intensity in this case is significantly lower than the interaction of a Rayleigh wave and electrons in a piezoelectric semiconductor. An attempt is made for the high-frequency case to take account of the influence of the semiconductor surface states on the interaction.
