摘要
The optimization method for the driving pattern of a stepping motor to achieve high-speed access with open loop control is presented. The transient behavior of the start-up process is determined numerically, and the power of effective torque to accelerate the rotor is calculated from the response as a evaluation function. The optimal phase switching timings are derived from maximizing the value of the evaluation function by an iterative procedure, and the relation between the compensation step number and the maximum driving speed is investigated in detail. The proposed method provides an effective tool of analysis for this class of problems.
