In the diagnosis of high-speed processes in plasma apparatus (Z-pinch, plasma focus, etc. ) there arises the need to measure high pulse voltages. A method for measuring high pulse voltages using an inductance connected in parallel with a section of the circuit is described. Measurements of voltages in a Z-pinch apparatus are described.
