摘要：

The design of a highly accurate ac measuring converter is considered on the basis of a frequency-pulse converter presently used to measure dc power and energy. The circuit and operation of the converter is discussed. Comparative analysis of the errors of the converter shows that it is a precision device with a high grade of accuracy that can be recommended for the measurement of ac electrical energy consumed with and arbitrary variation of sign in all four sign quadrants of the voltage and current.
