摘要：
Brief report on conference and exhibition held in London in November 1970 and proceedings of papers which covered various economic and technical aspects of plastics application in the furniture industry. Design considerations as well as materials used and processes employed were also discussed in some details. Process and material economics for plastics furniture are tabulated and compared with each other and with wooden furniture manufacture.
