摘要：
Plasma and electroluminescent displays are capacitive by nature and require high voltage ac signals to operate them. A high-voltage, monolithic IC driver has been developed which uses dielectric isolation to achieve a voltage rating of 225v. Originally developed as a gas discharge display driver, the high voltage capability of the device, coupled with its AND gate circuit configuration, allows it to also drive ac displays directly.
