摘要：

The transmission performance for the all-electronic telephone set has been studied in regard to its reference equivalent and its mean opinion score. The speech circuit for this telephone set is specifically designed to improve its transmission performance. A piezo-electric transmitter and receiver are used. From performance assessment results, it has been clarified that both reference equivalent and mean opinion score for the all-electronic telephone set are comparable with or better than those for the currently used Model 601 telephone set.
