摘要
The CAD modeling technique in reverse engineering at present is surveyed. On this basis, the authors present a practical one which acquires mathematical model of product based on exemplar of material object. Combining with reverse process of actual industrial products, a comprehensive account is made on the technical main points of such processes as surface digitalization, error-correcting of debunching data, regularization of debunching data, reconstitution of chamber, and CAD modeling. As indicated by results from application, this is a practical and effective CAD modeling technique by which the emergence of such deformation as distortion of curved surface and interference can be avoided and a smooth and continuous mathematical model with complete geometric information can be generated. This technique has a broad prospect of application in NC machining and reverse engineering, it is important basis and propping up technique for carrying out concurrent engineering. Moreover, the exemplar of material object can be duplicated with very short time owing to its practice, this technique has the value of widely application.
