The authors discuss the possibilities of evaluation of the influence of time-variations of loading and transfer properties in the structure-machine system on the service life of a building structure. The problem is based on the required guarantees of further usability of foundations subjected to dynamic loading and used for a longer time, particularly of foundations of turbo-sets. The preliminary condition of the final solution of this problem is a statistical analysis of long-term variations of the machine component of the set, particularly of the phase conditions of partial exciting forces as well as variations in the structural component, particularly the variations of the transfer properties after the development of dislocations in the structural elements and the contact with the machine.
