The major part of Health Equipment Information (HEI), No. 175, the seventh in the series, is devoted to the evaluation of a further batch of syringe pumps. One of these new models, the Vi-Tal Vi-Flow, breaks new ground with the inclusion of some interesting features. The report also includes a new method for presenting data on the delivery rate performance, and graphs giving information on start-up performance and short-term flow-rate performance are included.
