摘要：
A new reference standard is proposed for controlling exposure levels in lightfastness testing. It is a polyester fabric dyed with a disperse violet dye. The proposed standard has, among other desirable attributes, high sensitivity on exposure to light, essential linear rate of fade and shows excellent reproducibility. It provides an easier and more exacting method for visual control to a standard exposure level in lightfastness testing.
