Raman scattering spectra for mixed CuAl//1// minus //x-Ga//xSe//2 (O less than equivalent to multiplied by less than equivalent to 1) crystals are presented. The observed bonds represent one- or two-mode transformations. Results on the temperature dependence of the RS spectra indicate irreversible order-disorder phase transition.
