摘要
On the basis of the theoretical principles relating to the two-stage nature of the processes taking place on lubricated friction surfaces we construct a mathematical model of internal combustion engine (ICE) friction assembly wear kinetics with account for the addition of fresh oil to the system. The proposed model makes it possible to predict the wear kinetics over a long time period and serves as the basis of a technique for evaluating the antiwear properties of oils in short-term model engine tests.
