摘要：
An actual case study of generating a device test program for a commercially available CODEC chip is discussed. With this device as a vehicle, the problem of testing monolithic devices with both digital and analog requirements is given a solution by a test system. The discussion leads to recommendations for test strategies and feedback to designers of this generation of devices.
