The purpose of this research was to study the conductivity of cubic solid solutions of fluorite and pyrochlore types, C-Y2O3 and tetragonal type on the base of ZrO2 (T-ZrO2) in the ternary ZrO2-Y2O3-La2O3 system. For the comparison of the electrical properties it was studied the conductivity of some samples with the fluorite type of structure in the binary ZrO2-Y2O3 system and with the pyrochlore type of structure in the ternary HfO2-Y2O3-La2O3 system. High-temperature hydrothermal synthesis of zirconium salts in an acid medium was chosen to produce of nanocrystalline powders for preparing the samples. The conductivity measurements were carried out in the temperature range 300-950°C in air. It was shown the most conductivity for fluorite and tetragonal phases based on zirconia for the investigated systems.
