摘要：

The basic results of work done in the Main Geophysical Observatory Division of Dynamic Meteorology in the U. S. S. R. on the development and improvement of the complex physicostatistical long-term weather-forecasting method are described. Scores are given for 11-year operational precipitation and temperature forecasts for the principal agricultural regions in the south of the European USSR, Northern Kazakhstan, and Western Siberia.
