摘要
The proposed electrical noise theory is based on the kinematic Boltzmann equation and the Ginzburg-Landau theory of type-II superconductivity. Introducing the concept of flux-line 'effective mass' we deal with the kinematics of flux lines. The calculated power spectrum has a maximum in a low frequency region and sharp resonance lines at high frequency.
