The influence of thermodynamic fluctuations of the electronic spin density on the shape of the X-ray and photoelectric spectra of ferromagnetic transition metals is examined. The temperature behaviour of the density of electronic states is investigated in the approximations of a fluctuating exchange gap and of local fluctuations. The observable absence of any dependence of the shape of the spectra on temperature, even during transition to the paramagnetic state, can be explained on the basis of the fluctuational approach with allowance for correlation of local magnetic moments.
