摘要
The authors propose that this ductility loss can be related to the lattice contraction which occurs during the bcc beta to hcp alpha transformation. Alloys chosen for investigation of this model include grade 2 commercial purity titanium, Ti-6Al, Ti-6Al plus 2, 4, and 6V, and Ti-6Al-2Nb-1 Ta-0. 8Mo (Ti-6211).
