摘要：
A model of the guitar waveform was developed and used to test two systems for extracting the fundamental pitch of guitar signals. Both systems were compared to actual guitar signals. A good correlation has been found between the tests. A system for pitch extraction using filters was built and its performance evaluated. The testing proved that the system operated with excellent accuracy.
