This paper is a continuation of an earlier paper in which consideration was given to a communication system which leased spread-spectrum signals (SSS). In this kind of system, the base office (BO) 'leases' SSS to a subcriber office (SO) for the period of the communication session. The SO must accept the 'Address BO' SSS without knowing their form, a priori, record them in a RAM and, subsequently, relay them to the BO. After this, the SSS are used as information carriers during a communications session, at the end of which the recorded SSS are erased from the RAM of the subscriber office. Inasmuch as reception of the SSS takes place in the presence of interacting noise, reception of both 'Address BO' at the SO and relayed SSS is affected by errors. Accordingly, reception of information will also be accompanied by errors. The purpose of this paper is to determine the noise immunity of a communications system with leased SS.
