A case for wastewater reuse presented discusses the changing situation with regard to reuse (particularly for nonpotable uses), and documents reuse developments in the United States. The application of reclaimed wastewater to the soil is discussed. Other topics discussed are chemical treatment, pressure conduits, and manpower needs.
