Fast Analog-to-Digital Converters.

The increasing importance of digital signal processing and the large variety of fast analog and digital integrated circuits that have become available has led in the past five years to the appearance of a very large number of devices for high-speed analog/digital conversion. The number of publications has also been considerable, and this review of products is consequently accompanied by a review of the literature on the subject. The converters discussed are those which can distinguish at least 16 stages of amplitude and possess a minimum word rate of 10 MHz.
