M. V. 'OHOD' AND 'TABOUK'.

This article presents design features of two Rywa 28 type tugboats completed by Rijnwaal Shipyards, the m. v. 'ohod' and 'tabouk'. In its basic design the Rywa 28 type tugboat is fitted with 2 marine diesel engines of 896 kW and fixed pitch propellers rotating in fixed nozzles. Dimensions are such that a wide range of marine engines can be accommodated up to 3000 hp. The Rywa 28 type tugs can be built to meet the regulations of all international classification societies.
