摘要
The electronic uniload substandard meter with Hall multipliers developed some years ago for testing electricity meters was replaced by an electronic testing meter operating on the time-division principle, and employing the charge-compensation method for quantizing. The new meter has made it possible to increase the accuracy, improve the constancy of the metering properties and considerably reduce test costs. It also has a wider field of application.
