摘要
An analysis is made of the effect of acoustic and electrical parameters of a piezo-transducing layer and of acoustic loading media for piezo-semiconductor transducers of different types on their transducing losses and the width of the transmisjsion band when connected to an RF channel with a resistive characteristic impedance.
