Process of manufacturing the rolled products has been considered. It has been shown that abrasion grinding of rolled products is efficient method of improvement in quality of the products. Efficiency of this treatment of the rolled products is dependent on conditions of abrasion grinding. Problem of optimization of abrasion grinding is analyzed. Mathematical model of abrasion grinding has been developed. Process of manufacturing the rolled products from steel of 10kp grade has been discussed. Optimal speed of feeding the work piece has been determined with the use of the model. Correction of parameters of abrasion grinding is provided.
