Deoxidation equilibria in the Fe-O-Ti, Fe-O-Al, and Fe-O-Zr systems at 1600 C were determined by emf measurements with a ZrO//2(CaO)-ThO//2(Y//2O//3) electrolytic cell, sampling, and chemical analyses. Oxygen activities as a function of deoxidizer content in the melt, equilibrium constants, and interaction parameters were calculated. A comparison is made between analytically determined and thermodynamically calculated data.
