摘要
Analysis of the particle configurations in the first coordination sphere of three-dimensional aggregates grown on simple cubic lattice in the regime of the diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) was performed. Radial dependences of the probabilities of various configurations fz(x) with specified coordination number z (where x = r/R, r is the distance from the cluster center, R is the radius of gyration) were studied. Three regions with different patterns of fz variations were isolated. Multiscaling behavior of the density profile of the particles with different coordination numbers of gz(r, R), rDz(x)-3 type are discussed. Significant deviations of the pattern of Dz(x) for various coordination numbers from the dependence D(x) averaged over configurations were observed. Appearance of the effect of local anisotropy with the growth of DLA clusters is discussed.
