CALCULATION OF THE RELIABILITY FACTOR IN CONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRICAL NETWORK SYSTEMS.

Solutions regarding the development of energy system power networks are accepted according to the adjusted expenditures criterion. The reliability factor is taken into consideration in establishing requirements for equal reliability of the equipment models being compared, categorization of power consumers in regard to power supply reliability, and in determining standard requirements for conditions and structure of the electrical network. The standards are not sufficiently reliable since, in determining them, the length of the overhead line, its malfunction rate, power and character of the substation load are not taken into consideration. Presented here is a method for solving this problem using the theory of reliability.
