摘要
A detailed study was carried out for the development of an effective electrolyte for the chemical polarization of 12Cr18Ni9Ti steel. Preliminary data on the kinetics of the CP (Chemical Polarization) process in the developed electrolyte obtained by the temperature-kinetic method in the region of potentials near that of chemical dissolution indicate that the activation energies for the chemical dissolution of steel are commensurate for the initial acid mixture and the developed electrolyte, in both cases being 5. 4-9. 5 kcal/mole. The developed CP electrolyte gave excellent results during production of an experimental batch of small parts made from 12Cr18Ni9Ti steel for flexible endoscopy instruments.
