摘要
A theoretical approach based on the nonlinear effect for the propagation velocity is presented to express the receiving mechanism of the parametric receiving array. The parameter of the nonlinearity is treated exactly. The parametric microphone is realized using 40 kHz pump wave and 2 m array length, and the observed results show good agreement with the theoretical results. The effect of the medium turbulence on the SNR of the system is improved using a wind screen. It is recognized through experiments that the parametric microphone can be applied as a practical sound receiver.
