摘要
An equation is derived expressing the energy of the agent flowing across the balance surface, which moves with constant velocity with reference to the system of coordinates. This formula makes easier the calculation of the useful work performed by a moving open system. Some examples of application of the formula derived are discussed, concerning the thrust and the energy balance of a jet engine.
