The dislocation of the deformed intermetallic compound Ni//3Al has been systematically studied. The types of dislocation arising during deformation of this intermetallic compound were investigated. Networks of dislocations drawn out along slip traces are encountered from quite low levels of deformation. The distance between the slip traces 8300 A. The number of networks observed and the density of dislocations within them grows with the level of deformation. At the end stage II and during stage III networks forming a cellular structure are observed.
