摘要：
The utilization of renewable energy sources requires substantial capital investment, whereas the operating costs are normally insignificant. This poses the question to what extent and in what proportion wind power can contribute to electricity supply in the future. Assessment criteria, which permit a realistic evaluation of the application potential for wind power, have been derived from studies and development projects.
