摘要
The conditions of intensive liquid evaporation on a porous surface are analyzed. The problem is solved taking account of the thermal resistances of the liquid meniscus, phase transition and of the effect of adhesion forces. A relationship is obtained to calculate the heat transfer coefficient for a liquid evaporating on a porous body surface. A technique for calculating the heat transfer characteristics of heat-pipe evaporators with an inverted meniscus is suggested.
