摘要：
Technical deficiencies as well as difficulties in its operation made it imperative to modify the existing telephone networks which, in the past, have experienced continual expansions. The results of this modification have shown how the requirements of Pfalzwerke AG could be adpated to the new telecommunication regulations. The fulfillment of this task was facilitated by modern concepts in telephone equipment technology.
